Build Your YouTube Channel Like A Business. Own It Like An Asset.

Animated 2D & 3D educational channels, done for you, with income streams live within 90 days.

Dear future channel owner,

If you've ever thought "I know enough about this subject to have my own channel", but never had the time, the animation skills or the patience to figure it all out, this letter is for you.

I build animated educational YouTube channels for people like you. And I make sure your channel starts earning before you have to wait on YouTube's AdSense approval.

Can You Relate?

None of this is your fault. Most of what's sold as "YouTube automation" is templated content made fast and cheap. YouTube is now removing exactly that kind of channel.

Most Faceless Channels Inform. Mine Make People Feel Something.

Facts alone don't keep anyone watching. Stories do. Here's the difference:

The usual faceless script

"The pyramid took 20 years to build."

A StoryFrame script

"For 20 years, thousands of workers carried stone up a mountain they built with their own hands, and most never saw it finished."

Every channel I build is driven by story: a hook in the first seconds, real people at the centre, and moments that make viewers care how it ends. Longer watch time is what YouTube rewards.

Who Am I?

Since 2021, I've worked behind the scenes on YouTube animation projects, from first idea to final delivery: scripting, storyboarding, sound design, and planning how each video comes together.

I started small, building my strategy skills on Fiverr. From there, I worked with teams producing 2D and 3D animation for YouTubers.

That work taught me something most people learn the hard way: polished animation isn't enough. A channel that lasts needs three things:

  1. A clear concept
  2. A story viewers want to follow
  3. A production plan the team can carry through, video after video

Then I started applying it and treating YouTube as a business. That mindset changes everything.

I have a portfolio of YouTube channels across 2D and 3D, built around strong concepts and emotional storytelling. Now I build channels for a few creators at a time.

Portfolio samples are shared with shortlisted applicants.

Don't Keep All Your Eggs In One Basket

YouTube can change the rules overnight. In 2025 it rewrote its policy on mass-produced content. In January 2026 it removed large AI channels with millions of subscribers. And from 1 February 2027, new channels need 8,000 watch hours to qualify for ads, double today's 4,000.

So every channel I build earns from three baskets:

BasketWhat it isWho controls it
1. YouTubeAds, memberships, Super Thanks (later)YouTube
2. Your productsDigital products that offer real value and solve your viewers' problemsYou
3. Your audienceAn email list you own, an asset you can use to earn from more opportunities: new products, sponsors, launchesYou

If YouTube ever changes the rules, two of your baskets are still yours.

Here's How The 90 Days Work

Days 1–30: Build

We strategize together: your topic, audience and format, and we set clear expectations from the start. I create your character and visual style, set up the channel on your own Google account, and write the first scripts, storyboards and voice.

You approve each step throughout the process, so nothing goes live that you haven't seen.

Days 31–60: Launch

Videos go out on a steady schedule. Your email list starts growing, and we read the first numbers together.

Days 61–90: Earn

Your first digital product goes live, built to solve a real problem for your viewers, with auto-replies that send followers to it. Affiliate links and a sponsor pitch kit are added. Then a handover call.

Products launch once real viewers have arrived, so your first offer goes to an audience instead of to nobody.

From One Channel To A Portfolio

Channel 1 is built together. Once it runs, you understand the system and can add channel 2 in a new topic. Over time you own a portfolio: several channels, each earning from three baskets. Digital assets you own, and could one day sell.

The 2027 Monetization Challenge

YouTube's new monetization rules start on 1 February 2027. Right now we're running a challenge to get your channel started before the new rules apply, and earning from your own products while others wait on YouTube.

We work hand in hand with only 12 clients at a time. When those spots are full, new applicants join the waitlist and are contacted in order as spots open.

The 2027 Monetization Challenge

$4,500

One price. No additional fees. Everything below is included.

The $4,500 covers all production costs: 2D and 3D animation and rendering, software and AI tools, voice, music and sound. You won't pay for tools or credits separately.

Join the waitlist

Flexible payment: one payment, 2 payments, 3 milestones or 3 monthly payments. Same total, no extra fees. You own the channel and every file from day 1.

This is the challenge price. Prices may increase in the future.

🏅 THE KEEP-GOING GUARANTEE 🏅

This process works. It's the same one I've used behind the scenes since 2021.

I'm not holding anything back. You'll see EVERY script, storyboard and file.

Do your part: approve each step, post on schedule, show up to our check-ins.

If your channel, videos and income streams aren't live by day 90, I keep working for free until they are.

If your email list hasn't started growing, even from zero, you get 30 extra days of hands-on support, free.

Unlimited revisions on scripts and storyboards until you approve. And you'll never pay more than $4,500.

I guarantee what I control: the work. YouTube decides monetization, and no income is promised.

This Is For You If…

It's Not For You If…

Got Questions?

Will my channel get monetized?

YouTube decides that, so nobody can honestly promise it. I promise a channel built to YouTube's rules, with original stories and visuals, plus income streams that don't wait for YouTube's approval.

Is AI-assisted animation allowed on YouTube?

Yes, when it brings an original story or character to life. YouTube targets mass-produced, templated content and slideshows with little narrative. Every StoryFrame channel has its own concept, scripts and style, with you as the person behind it.

Do I have to show my face?

No. You can be the voice, the name behind the brand, or the person who approves the scripts.

Are there extra costs for 3D, software or tools?

No. The $4,500 covers every production cost: 2D and 3D animation and rendering, software and AI tools, voice, music and sound. There are no hidden subscriptions or credits to buy.

Who owns the channel?

You do. It's created on your own Google account, and every video, character and file is yours from the first day.

How much time will it take me?

A few hours a week: approving topics and scripts, a short weekly check-in, and posting if you want to do that part yourself.

What happens after I apply?

I read every application myself and reply within 48 hours. Straight to the point, I share what the program looks like. No sales pitch. If we're a fit, we book a call and start the build right away.

If all 12 spots are taken, you keep your place on the waitlist and hear from me first when one opens.
